Can I track the progress of my order?
You can track the progress of your order via this link.
Enter the email address used when placing your order. You’ll receive a connection token allowing you to access the real-time status of your order.
I can’t find the shipping label to send my cards to your facility.
We do not provide a shipping label to send your items to our facility. The shipping fee you paid covers the return shipment from our facility to your address or chosen pickup point.
We have created a shipping guide to help you send your cards safely. Shipments must be made by post only.
My order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received any notification from you. Have you received it?
We send an email as soon as your package is received at our facility, including the estimated latest shipping date for your order. There may be a short delay (up to 1–2 days) between the time the parcel is marked as delivered at the postal office of our building and the time we record its reception at our facility.
Do you regrade cards that have already been graded by another company?
We do not open slabs from other grading companies, out of respect for their work. You will need to open the case yourself and send us the card in a sleeve and toploader or card saver.
Can I drop off and collect my cards directly at CollectAura’s premises?
You may visit us in person to drop off and collect your cards directly at our offices in Saint-Cloud (92), located at 1 Rue Royale. We are open from Monday to Friday, from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
