CERTIFICATION PROCESS

Discover our rigorous, secure, and transparent certification process — from card reception to sealing and shipment.

Step 1

Reception and Verification

Each order is carefully opened by our trained staff under video surveillance.

We check that the package contents match the order form, then a confirmation email is sent.

Step 2

Photography

All cards in an order are photographed front and back under professional lighting on a black background, immediately after being removed from their original protection.

This allows us to document each card’s condition upon arrival and display the images on our website.

Step 3

Grading

Two graders assess each card in turn, starting with the junior grader. They then issue a digital grading certificate accessible via the QR code on the back of the label, with more or less detail depending on the selected service.

Step 4

Label Printing

The label containing all card details and its grade is printed using a high-end industrial printer in high definition.

The serial number and QR code are printed on the back of the label.

Step 5

Sealing

The card and label are placed in a PMMA case and sealed using an ultrasonic welding machine.

Step 6

Quality Control

Once the card is encapsulated, a quality check is performed by our team. The following aspects are verified:

  • Sealing quality
  • Possible presence of dust inside the case
  • Accuracy of the label information

Step 7

Packaging and Shipping

The sealed and graded cards are placed in a plastic sleeve to prevent scratches, then stored in custom-made boxes before being packed into a shipping carton.
